Interfaith Career Network (ICN) is a fellowship of men and women with a common desire to become employed or seek career advancement through a Christian forum. Our purpose is to prepare and enable individuals to successfully complete their job search by finding meaningful employment in a timely manner. All programs are open to everyone and there are no dues or fees for membership.

Interfaith Career Network invites you to join us on Thursday, January 19, 7-9pm. Our speaker, Mike Tempkin, will discuss some new ideas you can add into your search to make yourself more visible and interesting to employers looking to add candidates with valued ideas and talent. As Vice President – Strategic Planning and Development at Shaker Recruitment Advertising & Communications, Mike has a keen understanding of how to present new ideas and brand skills that engage and excite his clients. He will share these transferable concepts with us at St. John of the Cross Parish Center. Join in and learn something new you can do to attract and interest employers; and make yourself a candidate that companies want to add to their workforce. This meeting is open to everyone and there is no cost to attend.

ICN is composed of five interdenominational churches in the La Grange and Western Springs area committed to assisting area residents in career transition whether they are unemployed, employed or looking to re-enter/enter the workforce. St. John of the Cross Parish is part of the ICN.
