Extraordinary Minister of Communion at Mass

New Communion Minister Training

Adults and high school teens who have a sincere love and appreciation for God’s gift of the Eucharist are welcome to become Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion assisting in the distribution of the Body & Blood of Christ during weekday and Sunday Masses. In addition to the desire to serve, Extraordinary Ministers must be baptized Catholics who have received their First Holy Communion and Confirmation, must go through training and be free to receive the sacrament and not restrained though a marriage situation.

Training for new Communion Ministers will be held in church on  October 28 3:30-4:30pm. No need to register, just come.

Communion Ministers are trained and available to assist the Celebrant in the distribution of the Body & Blood of Christ during weekday and Sunday masses. The ministry is open to adults and high school youth who have a sincere love and appreciation for God’s gift of the Eucharist. Training is provided several time a year.
