Parent Teacher Conferences
Twice per school year St. John of the Cross Parish School holds Parent Teacher Conferences. The Fall Conferences, held in early November, are mandatory for all Grades Pre-K through 8th. Students in Grades 5 to 8 attend conferences with their parents. The Spring Conferences, held in early February, are not mandatory but offer a perfect opportunity for parents to catch-up on children’s progress.
St. John of the Cross School utilizes Pick-a-time online scheduling for parents to be able to schedule the day and times that are most convenient for them. Email instructions are sent to parents about 10 days before the conference date and time is allotted for all parents to access the scheduler.
